Welcome to Resilient Roots Counseling. This page provides an overview of our fees and payment policies so you know what to expect. If you have any questions about costs, please feel free to reach out.
Fees for Services
Our current fees are as follows:
Initial Intake Assessment (60–90 minutes): $150
Individual Psychotherapy (53–60 minutes): $200
Brief Consultation (15 minutes or less): No Charge
Letters, Forms, Disability Paperwork, or Other Administrative Requests: $250/hour (prorated)
Court Preparation, Court Appearance, Depositions, or Legal Testimony: $500/hour (minimum two-hour charge)
Fees are subject to change. Clients will receive at least 30 days’ advance notice of any fee changes.
Payment Responsibility
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
Resilient Roots Counseling accepts:
Ivy Pay
Major credit/debit cards
HSA/FSA cards (when applicable)
A valid payment method must remain on file throughout treatment.
Insurance
We are in-network with select insurance plans and are happy to work with you to make care as accessible as possible. Because coverage varies from plan to plan, we encourage you to reach out and book a consultation so we can confirm whether we accept your specific insurance and answer any questions about benefits, copays, or out-of-network reimbursement.
